We love all of our clients at Glow North Lakes, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Beauty Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Glow Policy 

We understand that sometimes things change and there may be a need to reschedule your appointment. However, clients who do not turn up for their appointment or cancel at the last minute affect us greatly, and for this reason we have implemented a cancellation policy. A 30% booking fee will be charged should you not give notice of your cancellation 48-hours or more before your booked appointment. We hope you understand the value of our time and the necessity to ask for as much notice as possible for a cancellation. If you aren't able to give us 48-hours notice and have to cancel your appointment at short notice, you have 2 options:

  • Send a friend or family member in your place

  • Pay a cancellation fee of 30%. This fee will need to be paid before we can make any future appointments with you.

We send out a reminder text 72 hours before your appointment time and a email 5 days prior your treatment.

To confirm your online booking you must store a payment card on file. It’s completely safe and secure and your card will only ever be charged if you miss your appointment in line with our cancellation policy above.
