Skin Gym Policies 

Skin Gyms are designed to help you achieve the best looking skin you can possibly achieve. 

Signing Up 

You have a couple options to sign up to our Skin gyms

1. Pay upfront this is the full cost of the skin gym of your choice.

2. You can decide to use our payment plan which is a payment every 2 weeks over 6 payments, for this we use booking system called Fresha. 

Payment Plan 

For the Payment plan option, we require you to follow a link that is sent to your mobile number, once you have the link it will ask you to enter your card details , this is secure and safe with in the system and is not used for any things else without your permission and knowledge.  

Starting Skin Gym

Once your first payment has gone in, your therapist will then ask you what is the best day and time for your weekly LED treatment , you can pre book these to make your life easier or you can rebook each time you are in.  Every 3 to 6 weeks you will have a facial, your therapist will plan this out for you. 

Skin Gym payment plans

To achieve best results and your skin goals, you are locked in to your payment plan until the final payment has been paid.

 

If you payment fails for any reason we will try three times via the system, if that fails your account is then suspended and we then contact you by text or call to do the payment.

To update your Card details you must go into your Fresha account to do this! or give us a call and we can update it on our end.

Stopping or not updating your payment details affects us greatly, Skin gyms are a saving for you and great way to achieve you goals. 

We can not preform any treatments on your skin gym journey until the payment is completed.

Cancellation 

We understand that sometimes things change and there may be a need to reschedule your appointment. However, clients who do not turn up for their appointment or cancel at the last minute affect us greatly, and for this reason we have implemented a cancellation policy.

Skin Gym cancellation 

As you part of the Skin Gym membership, our cancellation police still stands.

 We hope you understand the value of our time and the necessity to ask for as much notice as possible for a cancellation. If you aren't able to give us 48-hours notice and have to cancel your appointment at short notice, you have 2 options:

  • Send a friend or family member in your place

  • forfeit your â€‹treatment.

We send out a reminder text 72 hours before your appointment time and a email 5 days prior your treatment.

To confirm your online booking you must store a payment card on file. It’s completely safe and secure and your card will only ever be charged if you miss your appointment in line with our cancellation policy above.
